When I started to do my look 1, it is quite confusing for me at first because we need to produce 3 looks which is answering our fashion project brief modular fashion so it is quite difficult for me to draw the pattern block. After I draw the pattern block, I still cannot achieve the silhouette I want then I started draping on the dummy to get the silhouette I want.

This is the toil i made for my look 1.

When I am doing my look 1 the problem I face is that the sponge is too thick, and when I start to sew the quilting the the fabric keeps running here and there.

Since my assignment brief is about creating a modular fashion so I apply a snap button on the garment so they can be detachable.

After I finish my toile, I also ask one of my juniors to try it on and to show it's my transformation work.

This is the original look.

When I do my look 1, I do it confidently because I have done the toile before. The difficulty is that some of the panels I change detach to different parts so some silhouettes will be slightly changed a bit. The problem I face is that when I sew the panels together I did not sew the fiber together with my fabric so end up the fabric is running here and there it cause the garment to look uneven because the fiber inside is running here and there.

For my look 2 I plan to make a cape so I start to draw my pattern block first. I started by connecting my front and back body block together first and then only refine the length of my garment and how long it want to be. After I am done doing look 1, when I'm doing look two, it is quite easy for me to sew, especially the quilting. I know that the sponge is too thick so I separate the sponge into half so the fabric can cover all the sponge. Other than that I also sewed each sponge on each of the panels I want to add the sponge so that the sponge is not running here and there. For my look 2, It's much easier for me to sew it because I already master how the progress to sew the quilting therefore for my look 2  it looks more neat.

Then I drape them on the dummy to see the outcome.

After I had done my Look 2 sewing, I start to try on the transformation.

The first outcome of the transformation.

My second outcome of the transformation.

I can say that my look 3 is much more difficult than my other 2 looks. For look 3 I also plan to do the cape but then the cape needs to be transformed into a corset dress which means the collar is also a corset. The difficult part of drawing the pattern block is that I can't imagine how was the collar gonna look and how I'm going to do the corset and where is the sewing line for me to put the boning and how was the collar gonnabe is the width is about the waist length. so I started to drape it on the dummy to get the outcome and silhouette then only transform it into a pattern block.

The second thing I face on my look 3 is quilting this Chinese lion face. The panel I'm going to attach it on the shoulder but then I have to make sure that the face of the Chinese lion have to be similar and then the technic of sewing the quilt of this Chinese lion face is more difficult than what I sewed before.
