Week 10 | Introduction to pattern drafting & Garment Making

This week  I start to do my final assignment. For my final, I need to produce two looks of the garment. and I consulted with Mr. Riza about what my idea is and what outcome I would like to have.

These two looks are my initial idea of doddle draping development.

This is my LOOK 1 TECHNICAL DRAWING

THIS IS MY LOOK 2 TECHNICAL DRAWING

 I cut them out from the fabric

Apply them to the dummy to see the outcome of the garment.

then sir ask me to add the interfacing to the top part so that when the model wears it the garment will not fall down.

then overlock the garment .when i was using the overlock machine the needle was broken suddenly then only i realize the denim was too thin till the needle is stuck in the denim so next time the harder part of the fabric I have to take off.

then is joining all of them together.

this is the outcome.

then i added one more fabric at the front.
